DIFC FinTech Hive’s accelerator is the non-equity programme inside DIFC: proof-of-concept access to partner banks and insurers, DFSA conversations, mentorship, and a demo day. As of 23 August 2026 the public accelerators page did not show a live close date, so this record is closed until the next window is posted. The page stays. When Hive opens a cohort we will put dates back on this slug — not a new URL. You should already have a product a bank can pilot. This is not a first licence and not a grant.

## Desk take

Hive is a bank-intro machine if you already have something to test. It is not incorporation and it is not for “we will pivot to fintech.” Watch the page; do not email us asking when they open — we will update the dates when they do.

## Eligibility

For fintech, insurtech, regtech and Islamic fintech startups targeting the MEASA financial-services market.
- Sector: FinTech, InsurTech, RegTech, Islamic FinTech only — general tech startups should not apply
- Stage: early-stage to scale-up with a working MVP (post-MVP expected)
- Global applicants accepted; programme runs from DIFC, Dubai
- Selection via online application, then pitches to DIFC and industry expert panels
