DMCC Jump Start is a packaged free-zone setup in Jumeirah Lakes Towers: licence, flexi desk, and one residency visa in a published bundle (around AED 43,780 a year, with cheaper Crypto / AI / Gaming Centre variants advertised near AED 31,000). Apply on DMCC’s start portal. Evergreen. This is a formation product, not an accelerator. You get a known brand and a commodities-to-crypto campus. You do not get mentoring or a grant. If price is the only variable, IFZA and Meydan undercut it. If you need DMCC’s trading or crypto reputation, pay it.

## Desk take

A clean, expensive, well-run zone. Worth it when counterparties care that you are DMCC. Not worth it as a vanity visa.
