## Eligibility

For seed-stage startups ready to establish a long-term presence in Abu Dhabi.
- Startup must be registered as a private company — investment goes into IP-residing entities, not branches/subsidiaries
- Existing MVP with promising results from pilots; revenue-generating preferred
- One or more founders must be available in Abu Dhabi for the programme duration and commit to a long-term Abu Dhabi presence
- Must demonstrate a clear need for investment and use of funds; founders fluent in English
- Intake runs in roughly six-month cycles; four cohorts completed, fifth not yet announced

### Is Ignite the same as Catalyst?

No. Catalyst is a separate Masdar City / bp programme that Flat6Labs helps run.
