16-week technology incubator for Emirati founders, run by Hamdan Innovation Incubator (Hi2) inside Dubai Founders HQ.

- For early-stage tech ideas, prototypes or MVP concepts — including founders who have never raised or launched before
- 20 founders will be selected for the cohort
- Programme runs in person at Dubai Founders HQ and begins October 2026
