Hub71 Access is Abu Dhabi’s flagship tech ecosystem intake: ADGM gravity, incentives, community, and a public apply for Cohort 20. As of 23 August 2026 the cohort was open and Hub71 had not posted a close date we could trust, so we leave it open without inventing one. Access is the general door. ClimateTech, Digital Assets, and Life Sciences are separate + programmes on this board — apply to the one that matches. You still incorporate; Access is not a licence by itself. They want companies that will put people in Abu Dhabi, not a brass plate.

## Desk take

The default Abu Dhabi intake if you are a real company. Do not apply to all four Hub71 rows to “increase chances” — pick the thesis. If you will not move people, they will notice.

## Eligibility

For pre-seed to Series A tech startups that want to build their base in Abu Dhabi.
- Sector-agnostic (disruptive tech); stage pre-seed to Series A
- At least one founder must commit to relocating long-term and building a team in Abu Dhabi
- Pitch deck (PDF) required: problem, solution, value proposition, business model, competition, market, traction, funds raised, founding team, Abu Dhabi plans
- Open to startups worldwide; no UAE incorporation needed to apply
- Four-stage selection: application review, Hub71 team pitch, partner pitch, final committee

## Questions

### When does Cohort 20 close?

Not posted on a page we trusted. We will add closesAt when they publish one.

### Is this the same as the ADGM Tech Startup Licence?

No. Licence is incorporation. Access is the ecosystem programme.
