TaggyAI-assisted app for buying and selling pre-loved fashion in the UAE

Taggy is a UAE resale marketplace for second-hand fashion, available as an iOS and Android app. Sellers can self-list using AI tools that generate titles, descriptions, style tags and price suggestions, or use Taggy's listing service, where the team photographs, styles and uploads items. Buyers get verified listings, secure payments, buyer protection and same- or next-day courier delivery. The app was first released in October 2025 by Taggy FZC and is led by co-founder Mark Leeming. On 31 August 2026 Taggy announced a merger with Reloved, a UAE pre-loved fashion community founded in 2024 by Annie Stacey; the combined business operates under the Taggy brand, Stacey becomes Chief Operating Officer, and Reloved customers are being migrated onto the Taggy platform. At the time of the merger Taggy reported more than 8,100 registered users and 9,000 listed items. No funding has been disclosed.
