Middle East edtech platform Abwaab has completed the acquisition of Egyptian startup Eduact for an undisclosed amount. Eduact builds management and content delivery software designed for physical learning centres and private educators.
The deal integrates Eduact’s hybrid learning tools into Abwaab’s wider regional ecosystem across Egypt, Jordan, and the Gulf. Abwaab plans to use Eduact’s footprint to power back-office analytics and attendance tracking for traditional tutoring hubs transitioning into hybrid digital models.
