Dubai Chamber Reports 582 Digital Startups Supported in Nine Months
Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy backs 582 startups in 9 months — AI firms make up 21%, with 70% of companies coming from international markets.
The Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy announced it supported 582 digital startups during the first nine months of 2025. AI led the pack at 21 percent of supported companies, while HealthTech, SaaS, and FinTech collectively represented another 17 percent. International companies made up 70 percent of all startups supported.
H.E. Omar Sultan Al Olama emphasized Dubai's commitment to serving as a central hub in the global digital economy, aligned with the D33 economic agenda. The chamber organized 15 events and conducted 16 international roadshows across 17 cities in 10 countries.
Among its publications was The Entrepreneur's AI Playbook, reflecting the chamber's focus on equipping founders with AI-driven tools. Forty-seven percent of supported companies benefited from accelerator and incubator services.
