UAE-Based Grubtech raises $36.9M In Funding To Turn AI For Growth
Grubtech raised $36.9M to scale its cloud kitchen platform across Saudi Arabia and Europe, using AI to optimize F&B and quick commerce operations.
Grubtech, the UAE-based cloud kitchen technology platform, has raised $36.9 million in funding to accelerate its AI-driven growth strategy. Founded by Mohamed Al Fayed, Mohamed Hamedi, and Omar Rifai, the company provides an all-in-one software platform for food and beverage and quick commerce businesses.
The platform helps operators streamline kitchen operations, optimize menus, and reduce delivery times through AI-powered analytics. Grubtech's technology integrates with major delivery aggregators and POS systems, giving restaurants a unified dashboard to manage multi-channel orders.
The funding will fuel expansion into Saudi Arabia and Europe, two markets with rapidly growing demand for cloud kitchen infrastructure. As the F&B industry increasingly shifts toward delivery-first models, Grubtech is betting that operational software — not real estate — will be the defining competitive advantage for food businesses.
