Hi2’s 2026 tech incubator was listed with a 31 August 2026 close. It is a timed incubator, not an evergreen licence. Read their current page for equity and who they accept — we are not going to launder a thin site into a promise. 16-week technology incubator for Emirati founders, run by Hamdan Innovation Incubator (Hi2) inside Dubai Founders HQ. - Open to UAE nationals (Emirati founders) only - For early-stage tech ideas, prototypes or MVP concepts — including founders who have never raised or launched before - 20 founders will be selected for the cohort - Programme runs in person at Dubai Founders HQ and begins October 2026 - Covers market validation, product strategy, commercial readiness and investor readiness
