Careem launched a new corporate payments solution, expanding its Careem for Business offering from rides-only into a full-service expense management platform. The Dubai-based super app now allows companies to pay for employee expenses across rides, food, groceries, and deliveries from a single account, removing traditional reimbursement processes entirely.

Companies can set spending limits by category, department, or time of day, while employees toggle to a Business mode in the app to make purchases under company allowances. By integrating Careem Rides, Food, Quik, Shops, and Box, the platform becomes the first in the Middle East to offer a unified business account spanning transport, food delivery, grocery, and logistics.

The launch builds on Careem's existing corporate rides service, which has already facilitated over one million corporate bookings. The move deepens Careem's super-app strategy and positions it squarely against enterprise expense platforms in the Gulf market.
